Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are processed for packaging and shipping. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you MUST contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 60 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you received the wrong item or damaged/defective items you can request a refund or a reshipment. You must submit a refund/return request within 7 days after receiving damaged/defective/wrong items and you must provide proof (images/pictures/video) to substantiate your claim.



We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of bestdealsaver.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of bestdealsaver.com (i.e. you simply changed your mind)
  • You did not submit a return/refund request within 7 (seven) days of receipt of item for damaged/broken product.
  • You did not submit a video/image proof for damaged/broken product.


All customers must have a valid order ID number from BestDealSaver.com in order to qualify for returns, refunds, replacements, exchange’s, or warranty.

In case you received a damaged product, please send us a short video and image showing the specific problems so we can further assist you.

The videos and images will also serve as documentation and proof for any possible refund/reshipment/exchange requests.

For security purposes, any refund/reshipment/exchange requests without proof to substantiate the claim will not be processed .

*For the 60 Days Money Back Guarantee - You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (60 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Exchanges/Returns
If you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing, You must contact us within 7 days upon receiving the product and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so. Please be advised that you will have to shoulder the return/exchange shipping fee but we will shoulder the shipping fee for the reshipment of the product that will be sent out to you in exchange of the returned product.

All products are tested to make sure they are working before shipping out. However some products may get damaged during the shipping process due to circumstances beyond our control. In case you received a damaged product, please send us a short video showing the specific problems so we can further assist you.

A 30 day hassle free return policy is available for some specific products in the store. Eligible products are tagged with A "30 Day Hassle-free returns" label on their specific product page. Products without this tag are not eligible.

* Product Damages caused by customer with not be refunded even for orders within the 30-Day return or replacement period. *Returns for refund will be thoroughly inspected before refunds are issued to customers.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The buyer will need to pay for the return shipping cost.
